Generation Health Initiative (GHI) is a youth led non-profit organization based in Nkumba (Entebbe) that aims to address key issues that leave Ugandan youths vulnerable to health outcomes like HIV/AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancies. Through designing effective communication strategies, campaigns, outreaches and dialogues, we create awareness and mitigation, focusing on youth empowerment programs with an emphasis on Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and skills development.
We consist of a dynamic, passionate and committed young team, who believe in the power, potential and future of young people. GHI's strength further lies in the elaborated network of partners that are inclusive of media houses, celebrities and key players in the field of SRHR as well as Volunteers. We create awareness and mitigate the sexual health risks among the young people.
